So this is what I wore to church and lunch today, and I gotta tell ya I was BURNING up. This dang Louisiana weather is CRAZY.  Friday we had a frozen wonderland here, and it was beautiful! No snow, just frozen grass and the roads were froze over, but hey I didn't have to go to work, so that works for me! Then today it's flippin' in the 60's! What the heck!? Oh AND looks like we're supposed to have some more "winter weather" coming Monday night! Louisiana weather keeping everybody sick with it's ups and downs. I bet you didn't know, but Katy Perry actually wrote Hot N Cold for Louisiana. Yepp.

  2. I think this is one of my favorite outfits you've posted! Love it & it would be perfect for up here, we're dealing with snow, snow, and some more snow haha - no songs were written about this weather because it's not inspiring haha!

  3. So adorable! Our weather is really always crazy. It's kind of a Kansas joke. But in 5.5 hours yesterday the temp dropped 40 degrees (!!!!!) from 62-22. Ridiculous. Dressing for that kind of weather is so tricky. As is Kansas warm season weather. Colder in the mornings, but by the time your trucking across campus at lunch you are sweating up a storm. Oh those college days ;) -Alexandra

  4. Oregon weather is the same way! Wet, then dry, then gray, then sun... so bipolar! Love your vest!

  5. Hahaha, I laughed out loud at the last sentence. You were burning up for more than one reason. You look HOT, mamacita. The vest, the color scheme, the hair, those adorable booties. I wish I had the things to recreate this look. You can come on up to Maryland. The temps have been consistent enough to welcome that outfit!

  6. You look so pretty in this outfit Danielle! I LOVE the burgundy tights on you. I'm still afraid to try colored tights but I think this is the PERFECT way to wear them. Those boots are totally adorable too. Perfect to wear with a dress or big sweater.
