DIY High-Low Skirt

This summer, I had been really wanting a high-low/fish-tail/whateveryouwanttocallit skirt, but thrifty me was not about to pay $30 and up for one like they charge at the mall. So, decided to take things into my hands. I bought this ugly, 90's era skirt from the Goodwill, and created my own! I didn't even have to sew- I used hem tape! So, what do you think?
Forever XXI Top: $14.00
DIY Skirt: Goodwill $3.49
Belt: Came on a dress $0.00

A Friday Night Friends Date Outfit Total Cost of $19.99!

  1. It turned out great! Same thing I did with my vintage dress. Looking lovely!

  2. This is so cute! The skirt turned out great. For a DIY challenged person like myself, I can totally do the hem tape. No sewing? My kind of project. Heather

  3. Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous creation with Recycled Fashion Finds! We have another link up today :)
