DIY High-Low Skirt

This summer, I had been really wanting a high-low/fish-tail/whateveryouwanttocallit skirt, but thrifty me was not about to pay $30 and up for one like they charge at the mall. So, decided to take things into my hands. I bought this ugly, 90's era skirt from the Goodwill, and created my own! I didn't even have to sew- I used hem tape! So, what do you think?

  2. This is so cute! The skirt turned out great. For a DIY challenged person like myself, I can totally do the hem tape. No sewing? My kind of project. Heather
