I have to admit that the main reason I haven't been blogging much is because I have been on the struggle bus with dressing this new body of mine. I always thought dressing a bump would be fun and easy, but I was certainly wrong! I have been in such an in between stage with the bump. My pants have pretty much been too tight and have not fit since the start, but I've been struggling for a baby bump up until now! So, needless to say, getting dressed has not been easy.
Luckily, Ginny collaborated with Pink Blush Maternity and offered a giveaway.. and guess what! I won!! After finding out I won, Pink Blush contacted me and asked me to also collaborate with them! It was certainly a good day that day I tell ya.
Pink Blush is a maternity boutique that has a ton of cute maternity clothes. They aren't the drab maternity clothes I've been seeing everywhere either. It's all stuff that I would want to wear post pregnancy also. What I really love is their selection of maternity dresses. I know for sure when it's time to pick out a dress for my baby shower that I will be clicking over to their site first!

When it came to picking maternity clothes from Pink Blush, I knew I wanted some items I can wear into the fall as the bump grows. The first thing I chose were the perfect black maternity pants. They're as comfy as leggings, but just thick enough to actually be called pants. I got them in a medium and they fit like a dream. The next thing I chose was this white top. When I saw it, it immediately struck me as something that looked super comfy and I knew I had to have it. Plus, It doubles as a nursing top! Both these pants and the blouse are so amazingly soft and comfy, I swear they're made in heaven!
Be sure to stop by tomorrow for a giveaway to Pink Blush! (Psssst- they don't just have maternity clothes ;)

Well this was the perfect giveaway for you! Both the dress and pants look super comfy (and chic!) I have a hard enough time getting dressed as it is...I can't imagine the added challenge of not fitting into my clothes! But I think you're doing a great job :) I love the heels with this too! Happy Monday!!

I want this whole outfit!!! I too am struggling with dressing this new body...I feel like no matter what I choose, I end up being uncomfortable or looking frumpy. I think it'll be a lot easier when the bump is significantly bigger.
ReplyDeleteI know you'll be an adorable pregnant lady and a cute new mom! I used to work at "Motherhood Maternity", in the Century City Plaza, and I loved the outfits we used to get. I particularly loved the longer dresses with matching soft duster coats. If you don't want to shop strictly maternity, have you ever thought about wearing a caftan. I bought a beautiful one at "Ross" for $9 and I just read in Amanda Brooks' book "I Love Your Style..." that they're good in the city for pregnant women. When you aren't pregnant any longer you can also continue wearing that boho style by belting it to "define your waist" and pairing it with "high-heeled sandals." Good luck and keep on stylin'.
ReplyDeletelove this outfit! you're so radiant! how does heel wearing go at this stage of your pregnancy? I get so nervous when I see pregnant women in heels.
ReplyDeleteI'm wearing my pants today, love them! You look great! I think dressing has been tough too!
ReplyDeleteThis outfit is amazing! And what good timing on your collaboration!
ReplyDeleteI know exactly how you feel--I've been in that awkward "in between" stage for what seems like forever! (I'm due a few weeks before you). Love the pieces you chose from Pink Blush, and those heels are the perfect pop of fun color for the outfit!
ReplyDeleteLucky you! What perfect timing too. You picked out some fantastic pieces! I absolutely adore your top and those jeans fit like a dream. What fun blue heels to add too!
ReplyDeleteGinny always looked so cute in their offerings. I love that they offer maternity and regular sizes. Great foundation for a company.
