Tights: Cotton On $2.50

Total Outfit Cost: $16.00

About the exhaustion: Well since the Superbowl was in New Orleans, and I work at an Airport 40 minutes from New Orleans, you can imagine the air traffic we had going on. From Friday to Sunday, I worked a total of 34.5 hours. I got off at 2 am this morning and had class at 9:30.

About the undone schoolwork: see above.

So how did I relax today? Not by sitting on the couch. After class I went have lunch with my nanny, and then of course since I was already out, I had to stop at TJ Maxx and Target, and of course the Goodwill (I haven't been in 3 weeks!!). To me, sometimes relaxing doesn't just mean chilling on the couch watching too many episodes of Say Yes to the Dress, it means spending "me" time. So I spent some "me" time by shopping. All I bought was 3 pairs of colored tights at target on clearance for $3.50 each.. go get you some :)

How do you spend "me" time?

  1. Such a bright outfit! I always look threw blogs when its "me" time

  2. I love everything about this outfit!! It definitely brightened my day!!

  3. What a fabulous outfit, I just love the colours and the cut of the dress really suits you. And gosh, you have been busy! Be careful not to burn out.

For me time I browse online clothing, watch films and read. Anything that switches my brain into chilled mode really xx

  4. Love the yellow tights! I have a pair like that but I don't know how to style them

  5. I just did a post on my perfect 'me day' today. You better believe it includes thrifting!! You look great in the dress! What a find!

  6. girl you look HOT! that dress fits you like a glove. i love the color pallet. i'm glad you were able to get a little "relaxing" in today--you definitely deserve it!
