Happy Monday! Welcome to Nicole & I's third Many Days, Many Ways Link up! To be honest with y'all, I kinda almost forgot about it this month, so I had to put this post together very last minute. Luckily, I knew of one piece in my closet that I've gotten a lot of wear out of and could showcase this month, my coral blazer! It's easily one of my favorite items in my entire closet! When I was looking at all the ways I've worn it, I noticed that I've pretty much worn it with neutrals and a pop of turquoise. I've also worn it once with my navy gingham. I knew that I wanted to pair it with my awesome Gap bell bottoms this time around, and I could have easily gone for my white button up, but I wanted to try something different. I had to think to myself what other colors go with coral. I decided I wanted to try yellow and coral together. It was easy to pick a top because turns out, this is the only yellow shirt I have! It's not my favorite pairing, but hey, it works! I plan to continue wearing this blazer this spring and summer for sure! How would you suggest I style it next?

ReplyDeleteI have a similar blazer in coral and I think I've only paired with mainly neutral colors as well. I love it against navy and turquoise. The yellow is fun alternative.

Oh boy you really do mean many ways! This is a very cute blazer, no wonder you've got so much wear out of it. I just wore a coral sweater with olive green pants this weekend. I bet this blazer would look great with olive too!

ReplyDeletewhat a great piece- I always love seeing the outfits you put together with it! I have a hard time with blazers, but I definitely need to check out Kohl's, this one fits you perfectly! I think the gingham + leopard one is my fave, because it looks really polished, even with the fun mixing of fabrics. thanks for hosting!
