I am officially super behind on outfit posts! This outfit is from Friday before last! I guess that's what happens when you wear more cute outfits than you feel or have time to post. For a while, I was editing my pictures at home and getting them put into a post. Then, since work had been slow, I had time while at work to finish up and publish a post. Now, on the other hand, work is crazy. So not only do I not have time to blog at work, but I come home, cook, and then I am exhausted. I have no idea how you ladies with kiddos have time or energy for blogging!

  1. I think about that all the time! My outfits are sometimes posted a week later too. I don't always find time to post right away and I often think about how bloggers with kids are way busier than I am and still make time to post! This is a really cute outfit, I love the simplicity.

  2. I love this! Cream with bright blue is the best combination. Blogging every day is hard! It's okay to take little breaks once in a while! :)

  3. Better late than never!! Blogging everyday is really hard. Sometimes you just need a few days off. The way I see it, an outfit is an outfit. Doesn't matter when you wore it because who will ever know??

  4. This makes me feel a lot better to know it's not just me! I think I have this top in green. I wish I had it in white, too. I probably would wear it more if I had it in white instead of green. Boo.

  5. Or getting sick! I know other bloggers must get sick some time. Their blogs sure don't look like it though! This outfit has simple bones but such flair with the necklace and shoes. Love it!

  6. Ah, none of us would even know that this was an old outfit if you didn't say otherwise. You could throw a bunch of photos together with no text, and we would still love the post. I hope your schedule gets less hectic so that you have time to show us more :)

  7. I hope work settles down to a "good busy" instead of what sounds like a "crazy busy" like it seems to be now. And cute outfit as always! We wouldn't know when you took the pictures if you didn't tell us haha

  8. I do the same thing, but it's nice to have a few outfit photos stacked up for posts, especially when work is insane!

  9. I have a ton of outfits in drafts and never know which one I will use until I write my posts on the weekend. I set aside Sunday night to do my posts for the week and that really helps me with having all my content ready and focus on work and family life.

  10. I'm feeling the same way too! I have been in the office less at work and subbing in the classroom non-stop and will be until the end of the semester. :( This gives me a lot less blogging time... but I'm hoping to get NOLA posts up soon! :) haha Love the pop of turquoise! :) XO-Alexandra

  11. I am usually 2-3 weeks behind myself though I post nearly every day. And tell me about it blogging takes time. I take a lot of photos too and just the editing alone takes time. I am thinking about cutting off in pictures, perhaps 3-4 is perfectly enough.

Anyway this Outfit is so simple but so cute. Lately I am all about Simple Outfits. Usually they are THE BEST! Plus, this way your pretty necklace pops!
