So if you've been following along on my blog for a while now, you know that I'm a skinny kinda girl. Nooo I'm not talking about my size... I'm talking about my pants! I remember my first pair of skinnies... I got them my senior year of high school (2009). My friend Kaylee, who I talked about a couple posts ago, wore them first, and I just remember thinking that she was so cute in them cause she's so petite, but I didn't think that my big ole booty and dancer legs would EVER look okay in them. She finally talked me into trying some on, and I have not turned back since!
When it comes to dress pants, it's really hard to find them in skinny! I had a pair from Body Central back when I worked at the Coach outlet, but you didn't want to see me sit down in those if you know what I mean (if you don't, click here). I found these skinny dress pants at TJ Maxx this past weekend, and y'all they are perfect! I love the fit, the material, and when I sit down my bootay is covered!

Today was my first day at my new big girl job. Though I am still refusing to believe that I'll ever actually grow up. I really enjoyed my new coworkers. It's really a family oriented environment, which I'm really excited for. My boss even took me to lunch today to get to know me. I'll pretty much be staring at a computer screen reading for two weeks for training. Then I get to go to Cleveland for 2 whole weeks for training! Eeeeek. I'm nervous.
How about these flats? Aren't they the CUTEST. I went into the Jcrew factory store a couple months ago and fell in love with some really similar nude bow flats, but for that price tag.. no way, jose. This girl is cheap. So when I went into Marshall's the other day and saw these, I snatched em' up quick as I could!

I am officially moved into my beautiful house! My sister is out of school for the summer so she came to spend a few days with me. [Larry is staying at his Granny's a couple miles down the road until the wedding] Yesterday we went to the Goodwill and this thrift store called Bargain World. I found two dresses at Bargain World, but as for the Goodwill out here... IT SUCKS. Like ya'll I'm so depressed. My blog's name is GOODWILLista, what the heck am I gonna do when I can't find no clothes at the Goodwill?! (double negatives just happen when you're mad, k?) And I know not all of the outfits I've been posting on here have thrifted items, but they're all cheap! Is that okay with ya'll that I post outfits even though they don't have thrifted things? Does that go against my blog name? Kinda... but I think as long as they're cheap, that's alright.
I leave you with my little poo who is hating having to wear a leash since we don't have a fenced in yard just yet... just look at her pouting!

I know what you're thinking.. yesterday I passed up those wedges at $20, but today I'm wearing $50 wedges... hmm. Well last summer, I found these wedges at TJ Maxx and they were THE most comfortable wedges I have ever stepped in. It was love at first try on. $50 is high for me, but they're nude and I knew they would match a lot so I'd get a lot of wear out of them. What I don't think I'll be getting a lot of wear out of is this skirt. I don't know what else I could wear it with other than a white top. Any suggestions??
Today I'm at my house in Lake Charles being Cinderella, cleaning and unpacking more junk stuff. Y'all. I'm a hoarder. I have SO much stuff. Ohmygosh. It's never ending. BUT this is the first time in my life that I'll feel like I have enough room for all of my stuff. Filled up my closet? Oh well, I got two more to fill ;) ...actually 4 if you count those linen closets!

I am pretty much obsessed with my fedora (my jean jacket also, but you already knew that). My fedora makes any bad hair day good and also covers up my unwashed hair. Running late? No need to even brush your hair, just throw on that fedora and go. Trust me, you all need a fedora!
And what do yall think of this necklace? I kinda love it! I picked it up a couple weeks ago at a garage sale. Actually the lady that had the garage sale buys storage units, so she's always selling all kinds of things. I'm hoping to find some more fun stuff from her! My mom got an unopened box of polo cologne for only $25 from her today, and I got my little bro Usher cologne for $10.. birthday present done!

Does anyone else play that game with your friends? My friend Adele and I play would you be my friend if I walked liked this... and then we proceed to walk in really retarded ways. Yes, in public.
My sister, Alyssa, and I like to play would you be my friend if I smiled like this... which usually ends up with a ton of hideous pictures of ourselves.
Larry and I's favorite is would you still be with me if I talked like this... He actually gets generally embarrassed by my retarded self. :P I don't get embarrassed easily, but he does, so it's always fun for me!

Earlier this week, Kristina tagged me in some vlog questionaire stuffes. She made her very first vlog, and so did Jenna. Well well well... I am not going to answer the questions and make my first vlog because um well.. I've already made a vlog before. You see, when my friend Cody (I call him Codison, long story) and I got accepted into the Disney College Program, we started a vlog. It's what all the cool kids did, so we wanted to join in all the fun! We only made 5 episodes before we actually started working at Disney because once we got there, there was just no time for vlog non-sense.
We're mainly just really silly in them, so here is the first one for your viewing pleasure!
Episode 3 is my absolute favorite though, if you watch anything, make sure you watch the last minute and a half of it. I cry laughing every time :P

These polka dotted pants were a huge hit last time I posted them here, so of course I had to show y'all another way I like to wear them! I love both looks, but ever since I bought these pants, all I've wanted was a mustard colored sweater/cardigan to go with them... I've searched everywhereeeee for one. The only one I found was at banana republic, and y'all know me, there was NO justifying a mustard cardigan for $35.. No way. Pretty much the only items I justify as $35 worthy are shoes.

So remember how I told ya'll Saturday I was supposed to meet up with my friend from New York in New Orleans for Mardi Gras? Well I officially hate Mardi Gras this year. Larry and I drove to New Orleans, only to NOT be able to get to the hotel because of the parade going on. It was literally impossible to get there because of roads being barricaded off. So we drove around downtown N.O. for over an hour trying to get around to the hotel or at least a close enough park to walk. But nope, that didn't happen. We decided to turn around and go back home. I was SO upset (and still am) that I didn't get to spend Mardi Gras with my friend.
We did get to meet up with them for lunch yesterday though! So after over a year I finally got to see of of the best friends I made in Disney. (the other one lives in California and is flying down to be in my wedding in July! eeeek!) It was so good to catch up with her, and we plan on getting together more while her and her boyfriend are living in Houston for the next 6 months!
And since it was her first time to Louisiana, I made her a "Welcome to Louisiana" basket complete with Community Coffee, Tony's Cacharies, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Cajun Gumbo Mix, Creole Jambalaya Mix, and Zapp's Potato Chips! And of course I brought them a king cake too ;)

Essentially, maybe tomorrow in class, in terms of numbers, I'll take count.

Somehow my maroon polka dot pants have not made it to my blog yet, and I feel like I have neglected them! I've had them since October, and have worn them plenty of times but I guess I never got a picture in them. When I first bought them, I felt like they may have been an impulse buy. I couldn't figure out what what go with them other than a white shirt, but then I experimented with different things in my closet, and they have become one of my favorite pairs of pants. Even though I didn't think these pants through when I bought them, they apply to my $20 Rule because I ended up being able to create a lot of outfits with them!

It's finals week, it's raining, and I'm sick. Yepp, just a gloomy day for me. But on the flip side, Larry took me to IHOP this morning for brunch. Also, I cleaned my room... instead of studying. But it made me feel better! For me, a messy room= a messy mind. Anyone else like that? Well, now it's time for work, where hopefully I will actually get some studying done! My luck, we're going to be busy on a day when I don't want it to be!

DIY Spruce Up Your Shelf
When I moved into my apartment, I needed something small and cheap to hold my TV. I got this plain white shelf at Walmart for $15.00. It was kinda boring I have to admit. So I found a pin on pinterest showing you how to apply wallpaper to a shelf to spruce it up. My roommate and I have the same shelves, so we were brainstorming on what we could use instead of wallpaper. We looked at Hobby Lobby, and were going to use scrapbook paper, but we just couldn't find any that we loved (plus we were very indecisive that day). We also thought about fabric, but again feeling indecisive. Adele came across some shelf adhesive liner at TJ Maxx (our favoriteeee store to shop at together) for $5.99 and that's what we ended up using!
I love love love the little bit of color it adds to that side of my room!

No Norts
While most girls like to wear norts (also known as Nike shorts) to class such as these:
I prefer to dress up a little more because I don't like all my clothes in my closet to go to waste, and because I enjoy dressing up! I love clothes! Why not wear them? The only time you'll see me in Norts is when I'm working out, lounging around the house, or maybe if I'm going to be in a car for a long time (and not taking pictures ;)
