A couple weeks ago I shared 10 random things about myself. I was shocked when a couple of you said that y'all didn't really know much about me! I guess that I don't really share that much about myself on my blog, but I'm going to try to more for sure! So today, I'd thought I'd start with sharing the basics about myself:

My name is Danielle. I've been married to my college sweetheart for almost 2 years. We live in Louisiana with our toy poodle, Charlie. I graduated college with a degree in business management (so did my husband). I didn't really know exactly what I wanted to be other than a boss, so I thought that major would suit me. I work daily as a claims adjuster for auto accidents. I grew up dancing. I don't dance anymore unless you consider my living room or my car a dance floor. I've always been a big Disney nerd, and I've actually worked in Disney World through the Disney College Program. I love thrift shopping and bargain hunting, which is why I started this blog. I also enjoy decorating my home, cooking for my husband (even if it isn't always that great), and doing DIY projects.

And so y'all can get to know more about me, I'm going to do an ask me anything post! Feel free to comment below with your questions or you can email them to me at goodwillista@gmail.com and I'll be answering them in a post soon. :)

  1. First of all: yeeee you got your Kate Spade that was on your wishlist forever ago! Way to go hubby! I'm really hoping for a cross-body Kate Spade. The only cross body I have now is a brown leather thrifted one, it works most of the time, but I'd like another option for going out and being hands free!

Since I've thoroughly stalked your blog I don't have many questions, haha. But I submit: what does a typical day of your life look like right now? If you could shop anywhere and money wasn't an issue, where would it be? Where is somewhere you really want to visit? Would you ever move out of Louisiana? Just some ideas. Always fun to learn more about the blogger behind the blog!

  2. Beautiful bag! I too worked for WDW as an intern, but probably 100 years before you were there, where did you work? I was opening team for Asia in the Animal Kingdom the first year and the second, I was front desk at the Yacht Club resort.

  6. Such a pretty bag! I think I've realized that a handbag is an outfit completer in the sense that it really captures the attention and makes this outfit. And best of all you can tote it again the next day and the next day... and look fabulous doing it every day!

Also... maybe you could tell us the story of how you and your husband met? Or if you could go back and change your major, what you would choose this time around?

  7. This outfit is so cute! I love a good polka dot piece! And that bag! Love it!
Hmmm...some questions. Here are a few random ones: What's your favorite book? What's your favorite movie? What fear do you wish you could overcome? Any that you have? What food can you not live without?

  8. Ok, now you make me want to do a similar post! Is that just a copycat response? I am so jealous of your perfect bag. It is so completely you! Bright bubble gum pink, simple, but structured. Love it!

As for the questions, you've already received some great ones I'd really love to hear like how you and your husband met (maybe expand on that to include your love story, tell us again how he proposed, etc) and if you'd ever move outside of Louisiana. What are your top 5 or 10 favorite thrifted finds of all time? Since you're a bargain shopper, what stores would you love to shop in if money wasn't an object? What do you and Larry like to do for fun together? What is your dream vacation destination?

  9. What did you do in the DCP? I love hearing about other folks DCP programs. It sounds like an amazing opportunity for everyone that does it. I am currently coveting your bag too. Oh is it beautiful!

  10. I'm with Meghan - I'd love to hear more about your experience in the Disney College Program!!! I have a friend who was in it several years ago as well so it would be so much fun to read a post about your experiences in the program :) Also...this outfit is adorable. I love that polka dot top so much!
